TTC strike double gold in the RNLI Aquathon Series at Islandmagee.

Congratulations to both Carl Russell for winning the main race (750m swim/ 5km run) in a time of 27.58 and to Chris Surgenor for winning the novice race (325m swim/ 2.5km run) in a time of 18:52.

I'm sure I'm not alone, this is the second Sunday in a row waking up to find your legs not working. Once after the Triathlon Training day where Brian thought it would be funny to have us jump around like bunnies and secondly after Anne's MTB race. So if like me you have a bad dose of the DOMS, what follows is a good article on the subject.

Just a quick update on the up and coming Mid Ulster Duathlon on the 9th april.
The start time has now been brought forward to 11.00am. Registration will be open from 9 am.
